Inca One Gold Corp.: Inca One Secures US$2.5 Million Gold Pre-Payment Facility INCA ONE GOLD CORP. ( FSE: SU92 ) ( Inca One or the Company ) a gold producer operating two, fully permitted, mineral processing facilities in Peru, is pleased to announce it has arranged a US$2.5 million gold pre-payment facility (the Facility ) from OCIM Precious Metals SA ( OCIM ). OCIM is a Geneva-based global precious metals trader and financier. Net proceeds of the Facility are expected to be approximately US$2.45 million and will be distributed by OCIM to Inca One and its Peruvian subsidiary, immediately following TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Facility will be payable in gold bullion and will be paid in full within 135 days after receipt of the funds. The Facility is secured by a Canadian general security agreement and in the event of default, OCIM has the right to convert any amounts outstanding into shares of Inca One at $0.43 per share. DECATUR — A Decatur woman charged by police with possession of a stolen vehicle is quoted as saying she went through a frightening back alley sales deal in Chicago with her boyfriend to buy the car. Decatur police said the 27-year-old woman had been stopped driving the bright green Dodge Challenger in Decatur on Jan. 8, 11 days after the vehicle — valued at $30,000 — had been reported stolen by the Lansing Police Department. A sworn affidavit signed by Decatur Police Detective Chad Ramey said the woman claimed at first she knew nothing about the vehicle being stolen and that she was only driving it after it was left at her house by friends who were out driving her car.
